Welcome

Bluejacket Marine Surveyors, LLC is owned and operated by Captain Scott R Franzen, a retired U.S. Navy Senior Chief and a Navtech US Surveyors Association Master Marine Surveyor - Accident and Fraud Investigation. 

 Captain Scott spent 21 years aboard Naval ships working in Navigation, communications and RADAR, was a Quality Control Inspector, shipboard Damage Control and Fire Fighting Trainer. He also possesses a Master RV Technician Certification and has been in the RV industry for 18 years. He enjoys being on his 42' Cruisers.

Standards

Vessels being inspected are always held to U.S. Coast Guard regulations, American Boat & Yacht Council (ABYC) and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards.
